Hamburgers, Doner, cakes ... in our hectic lives we do not have time to take care of our body. Morning: coffee or tea
Snack before lunch: fruit, but no bananas
Lunch: A large portion of chicken + vegetables ( salad or cooked)
Snack after lunch: fruit
Dinner: 1 cup yogurt
Follow it for 7 days and then if you want to repeat, wait two weeks.
