Hamburgers, Doner, cakes ... in our hectic lives we do not have time to take care of our body. We also like eating unhealthy fast food and then torturing ourself with grueling diets to get back in shape. Purifying diet with yogurt  will clear the slag  and lower the weight without the side effects of diet (dizziness, fatigue ...) Here's what is it:

Morning: coffee or tea
Snack before lunch: fruit, but no bananas
Lunch: A large portion of chicken + vegetables ( salad or cooked)  
Snack after lunch: fruit  
Dinner: 1 cup yogurt
Follow it for 7 days and then if you want to repeat, wait two weeks.

Hrono Diet

One of Europe's leading nutritionists Patrick Leconte create the so-called hrono diet. This is not a specific diet or a feeding method. For the first time this idea appeared more than 25 years and it has nothing revolutionary. This method was developed by Dr. Alain Delabos in collaboration with Professor Jean-Robert Rapin, whose student was Patrick Lekont. Today the hrono diet is refine and prove its correctness.
The idea is very simple: at different times of the day the body produces various enzymes and if we eat exactly what we need, our body will absorb the food very fast. So we will stop worry about the calories but we will just watch the clock. According to prominent nutritionist this diet is very simple. It gives interesting answers to some questions.

What should not be eaten in the morning?


For example, fruit and sweet - are not very common at this time. Production of insulin in the morning is reduced, so it will be difficult for the body to absorb such food. You should excluded honey, jams, cakes, fruit. It is appropriate to eat an omelet or other protein food - this is an ideal breakfast. You should be very careful with sugar. Sweets consumed between 11.00 and 17.00 o'clock and in limited quantities. However, it should be create your personal rhythms.

Are there any prohibited items, according hrono diet?

No prohibited products, but you should limit processed foods and can food, including can milk.

Can you lose weight quickly with this diet?

  • Lunch and dinner consist of one main dish.
